The Lighting Design Centre Ltd. opened its doors to the retail public in the fall of 1993. The goal of owner/operator Leo-Paul LeBlanc was to fill the need left behind with the closing of the Union Electric store in Moncton.  With Mr. LeBlanc’s 35 years experience in the electrical and lighting industry, the personal service offered by an experienced well-trained staff and continued updating of products have contributed heavily towards The Lighting Design Centre becoming one of Moncton’s largest independent lighting retailers.
